The Transilvania International Film Festival (TIFF; (ルーマニア語、モルドバ語():Festivalul Internațional de Film Transilvania)) is a film festival held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and established in 2001 by Romanian Film Promotion. The 2009 edition saw a lifetime achievement award for Claudia Cardinale and Florin Piersic. Up to 43% of the annual budget for culture of the city of Cluj-Napoca is spent on the Film Festival. TIFF organises movie projections in partnership with other Romanian festivals, such as the Peninsula / Félsziget Festival.
